The best time of the year to visit North Macedonia is between march and october where the average high temperature lays from 14°C up to 32°C. The winters can be kinda cold and could reach minus degrees between december and february.

Inhabited since at least 4000 years BC, Skopje carries on a lot of history since it has being under the rule of many different conquests.

The Food

When it comes down to food, North Macedonia is mainly known for it’s ”skara” which means grill in macedonian language. The North Macedonian Cuisine is a mixture of slavic, mediterranean and middle Eastern food.
